Eligibility Requirements

The California Garlic Festival Scholarship Pageant is open to women and girls who are legal residents of California.

The Garlic Prince/Princess Program is open to boys and girls without any geographic or residency requirement.
 

Your age as of August 1st determines which division you will participate in:

• Prince & Princess Program - for ages 11 and under - recreational, NON-competitive program

  • UPDATED Garlic Prince & Princess - ages 8 & under

• Scholarship Pageant - for ages 12 and over - Fun Fashion, Formal Wear & On-Stage Interview Competition

  • Teen Miss California Garlic Festival - ages 12-15

  • Miss California Garlic Festival - ages 16-21, unmarried & without children

  • UPDATED Ms. California Garlic Festival - ages 18-29, regardless of marital status

  • NEW Elite Ms. California Garlic Festival - ages 30-49

  • NEW Classic Ms. California Garlic Festival - ages 50 & better
